For nearly a decade, I've embraced the world of competitive powerlifting, accumulating close to 20 years of experience within the iron walls of the weight room. Strength training has been my enduring passion, whether it's been in the realm of Strength and Conditioning for sports, playful experimentation with Strongman implements, or the thrill of competing on the powerlifting platform. The gym, in all its forms, has been a constant in my life. After years of navigating my own fitness journey, I delved deep into the scientific intricacies of strength training, underwent biomechanics courses, and joined the Pre-Script Community. This journey led me to adopt an individualized coaching approach. My method involves prescriptive programming and corrective coaching, recognizing that every lifter possesses unique mechanics, learned habits, and distinctive strengths/weaknesses. I may not have as much textbook experience as my superiors, however, my knowledge and presence in the fitness industry speaks for itself. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA, but I come from an extensive background in sports training with over 10 years in basketball, track and field, swimming, and karate. For the past two years, I’ve been involved in the powerlifting community, where I competed in a local meet and won second place, and went off to nationals where I nearly broke the provincial squat record. That is exactly where I fell in love with coaching. Figuring out what your body needs for improvement and how to tackle that. Jumping over those hurdles time and time again. The feeling is unmatched. I focus on strength and conditioning, and science based training. Together, we will work toward sustainable growth and development, or just overall performance in the gym. Personal Trainer Fees
Depending on your monthly volume of client sessions, we offer two different payment options to fit your business needs:

Hourly rate of $25.00 + HST per hour for 1-on-1 clients

Monthly flat rate of $800.00 + HST to train unlimited 1-on-1 clients per month
Both payment plans require you to purchase a key fob ($25) for yourself and for each of your clients to ensure 24/7 access.
